Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, your monies will be refunded provided the goods are returned and are in a satisfactory condition to The Victoria Chart Company, C/O The Post Office, 8 The Parade, Dynes Road, Kemsing TN15 6RE within 14 days of delivery. A reason for its return will be required.

Our charts are intended to reward children for good work and/or behaviour and to monitor developmental milestones. They are not to replace the advice of your doctor and we cannot be held responsible for the way in which they are used. If you have any concerns regarding your childs development and/or behaviour please consult your doctor.
